PARKING
Two Car Limit – Due to the town restrictions of NO on street parking and NO parking on dune grass, we are requesting that you limit the number of vehicles to two (2) and park them only in the designated parking spots. For the Marguerite (house across the street from the beach), we ask that you park in front of the garage. We suggest backing in parking in front of the houses. In front of both houses, 2 cars fit in each driveway.
OCCUPANCY
Maximum Occupancy – The houses consist of a living room, kitchen, two (2) bedrooms, and a bathroom. The houses are set up to accommodate six (6) people, with a possible person on the futon couch. There is a queen size bed in one room and 2 sets of bunk beds in the second bedroom. No tents will be allowed. It is in violation of the zoning of the property. The garage access is not included.
No Pets Allowed – Unfortunately, more and more people are becoming allergic to animal hair. Biddeford is now enforcing the leash law. We do not appreciate violations in the dune grass. Because of the above and that we want to make all our guests’ stay more enjoyable, we must insist that you do NOT bring any pets.
There is NO maid service. The house is cleaned and set up at the beginning of the season. Each tenant is EXPECTED to keep the house clean and neat, and leave it clean and neat for the next tenant. Cleaning products are provided.
TOWELS/LINENS
NO towels or linens are supplied. You are expected to bring your own in sufficient amount for your stay for example: shower towels, beach towels and dish towels.

The house is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, ninja blender, reasonable complement of dishes, pots & pans, silverware and one fan. Bring any special cookware, such as: electric fry pan, crock cooker, steamer, etc and fans. No grills are allowed on the porches. If using a grill in the yard, it must be attended at all times. A gas grill and a picnic table are provided for each house. There is NO phone, radio, clothes washer, or dryer. There is a smart TV with a DVD player, cable and wireless internet access. Wifi password is displayed on refrigerator.
